Shipping Policy
- Free shipping is extended to customers in the Continental United States only
- Express shipping is available to our customers at their expense and they will be billed for this service at the check out point
- 2nd Day Air is the only shipping choice for customers in Alaska and Puerto Rico
- If a customer for any reason returns a product the shipping will be at that customers expense
- If there is a defect in the product or the wrong item is shipped by us then all shipping is at our expense
- We offer our customers the choice to pay with personal checks or by Western Union wire tranfer and will not ship to those customers that make that choice until we receive the funds or verify the funds are enroute to us
- All credit card or Paypal customers with have there items shipped at the first possible chance we have to do so after an order is received
- Florida residents are required to pay 6% state sales tax
- Shipping rates are calculated by our carrier and not negociable
Company Policies (general)
- If a customer orders the wrong item and wants to return for exchange of the correct item we will be happy to do that but the shipping back to us and the shipping of the correct item will be at the customers expense
- If a customer wishes to return an item after purchase because they have changed their mind about the item we will except the return with a 10% restocking charge deducted from the refund and the customer is responsible for any shipping charges for that return. The refund be be credited back to the original form of payment ie; credt card, Paypal account, ect
